Privacy Policy
This page explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We are a small family breeder. We are not in the business of collecting data, and we do not sell it.

What we collect
When you fill out our Puppy Application, you give us your first and last name, email address, phone number, the city and state where you live, and whatever you choose to tell us about your home, your family, your experience with dogs, and the puppy you are hoping for.
If you write to us through our Get in Touch page or send us an email, we receive your message along with the address you sent it from.
Like most websites, our web host keeps standard server logs. Those can include your IP address, your browser type, and which pages you looked at. We do not use them to identify anyone.
Why we collect it
To read your application, to talk with you about a puppy, and to stay in touch if one of ours comes home with you. That is the whole reason.
Who we share it with
Nobody, apart from the services that make the website work. Our web host stores the site, and our form and email services deliver your application to our inbox. They handle your information on our behalf and do not use it for anything of their own.
We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand it to advertisers. If we were ever legally required to share something, we would, but that has not happened and we do not expect it to.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses only the basic cookies WordPress needs to run. We do not currently use advertising trackers or analytics pixels.
Some browsers send a Do Not Track signal. There is no agreed standard for how websites should answer it, so we do not respond to it. Since we are not following you around the internet in the first place, there is nothing for it to switch off.
How long we keep it
We hold on to applications while we are placing a litter and for a reasonable time afterward, because families often come back for a second dog. If you would rather we did not keep yours, tell us and we will remove it.
Seeing, correcting, or deleting your information
Email us at hello@mandmdoodles.com and tell us what you would like. We will show you what we have, fix anything that is wrong, or delete it. There is no form to fill out and no process to go through. You are asking a person.
Children
This website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Nothing here is buried in a longer document somewhere else.
